When my heart is willing to love HIM… I then learn to love myself, my family and friends. Loving is being willing to give in… when you love you also stand strong for your beliefs and values. Care must be exercised, for the devil is ready to destroy… nothing worse for him than seeing us being happy; a little opening in the door or window of any area in your life is all he needs to enter and make a chaos out of everything. But Jesus came to bring salvation, health and freedom so we could be a part of a prosperous family so be careful: 1- TO REMAIN VIGILANT: There are some who have no faith and complaint all the time about things at home and family. They are obviously not aware they must stay together as a family. Where faith and dreams have died the enemy is governing and everybody is getting stuck. The enemy will try to bring fear and freeze the hearts and minds of those who have broken the links of love with their family. Once they feel alone enough destroying them would be easy. So then some couples start by bringing the TV into the room thus avoiding having any conversation… there won’t be any desire to share as a family either… there is a TV in the living room too and it seems easier than playing together. When kids come to mom and dad for help with their homework and find them distant and distracted or simply absent… they start feeling neglected and find a way out of those feelings… sometimes not the best ways though… they go to junk food, vices, bad friendships etc. There is no need to generate a void in society just because one has lost awareness and control. Live a healthy life, eat healthy food, have healthy habits and be a part of a healthy and loving family. 2- LIVE YOUR LIFE WITH JESUS: “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me” We don’t live our lives our way anymore. We made a difference when we believed in Jesus and follow His commands toward a better living. There are some who think thy are just fine by pretending being so saint… truth is: If we believe in the eternal life God gave us, chances are He will restore us giving us new opportunities. It is good to remember, when we notice we did something bad, the importance of repentance as it gives us a chance to start all over again. So, leave what you’re doing and go hug your spouse and kids and ask them to forgive you for your failures toward them. Don’t be afraid of new beginnings… God is an expert in them, and He is with you. 3- LET GOD BREAK YOUR PRECONCEPTIONS (Genesis 12:1): Quit thinking so much in your own settings and let God reset your life His way. The result will always be an abundant life and the best realization of your dreams Dare to change and put your life in His hands. (Galatians 2:20) If this is the first time you’ve ever read our meditations and have never invited Jesus into your heart, then, all you have to do is to confess out loud, the following prayer: “Lord Jesus I lay my life in your hands today. Take control of my heart and life and be my Lord and personal savior. Please forgive my sins. I repent of all my failures and wrongs and receive your peace, your love and your forgiveness. I thank you for the precious gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Amen.” Dear reader, if you just made this prayer, I give you my congratulations. The Lord says you are new and all your past (even right before your payer) is all gone. He has forgiven you from EVERY sin. Now, my advice for you is that every morning as you open your eyes, you go to The Lord in prayer feeling free to call Him Father for He is!. Get a bible and read it.
